I test software for a living. Manual testing first, then automation with Playwright and Python, and now the agents build the suites while I orchestrate them and guide what they write.
Three years sit between the degree and the first line of this. They are on the Kona thread.
This is the thread that pays. There is no other income behind the temple work or the two things ahead of it, and that is the only reason it is on this site.
Keep paying for the other two, and get better at orchestrating the agents that do the building.
The dates and the titles are off my own LinkedIn, so they can be checked against it. Nothing here is dated from memory.

Started an aeronautical engineering degree at Hindustan University.
Finished the degree, into a year with no job in it.
I sat GATE that year and did not qualify. Three years pass before the next line.
First job. Manual tester at SproutsAI.
The temple carried on around it, at weekends, more slowly.
Automation. Playwright and Python.

The work now is agents building the suites, and me orchestrating them.
