Two sessions read the same skills and agreed on all seven items

Asked two sessions to read the same two skills independently and come back. They agreed on all seven items, no disagreements.

Wrote tests for the PRD skill rather than only reading it. A skill that tells the writer to check something while writing, and then hands the draft to a checker that runs the same procedure afterwards, is two halves that can disagree. Most of the day went on not understanding why both have to exist. I said more than once that I did not get what the problem was.

Kept publishing what those skills produced to Confluence. Access had been failing on 404s and came back once the token carried the page scopes.

Checked the Jira keys properly instead of trusting the first answer. PDC-448 does not exist. PDC-447 is the newest.
