Went back to learning, starting with what a video actually teaches

Four days on skills ended and three days on learning started here.

Ran the watch skill over a video teaching Claude Code, asking what is actually taught minute by minute rather than what the title claims. I wanted the concrete patterns and commands, not a summary of them.

Ran the voice transcripts through again, manifest check first so nothing got processed twice.
